Mostly I just care about ‘doing beauty’ as well and as smart as I can - …but I am also continually fascinated (and amused at times) by the impulse and seemingly basic human need to understand the origin and inner workings of grand things like the universe. I find scientific examinations of the natural world filled with poet nuances of human relationship and perspective -- dark matter is believed to make up most of the universe yet it can’t be seen and eludes scientists; it can only be identified by its effect on other matter.
